I was a guest at the Palms Fantasy Tower and as we explored the Palms Place pool, we found some amazing star's you have working for you. They truly made us feel like Royalty. They had some of the most wonderful personalities, and went above and beyond for us. The experience with them on Sunday and Monday, May 4th and 5th, is the reason we will definitely stay with the Palm's again. The 6th floor pool rocks! Their name's are, Matt (Bartender), and Serron (Waitress). They deserve some feedback for there great job well done. Please thank them again for me.

I wanted to send a quick e-mail to say thank you for an incredible stay my boyfriend and I recently experienced at your hotel. The hotel itself was meticulously beautiful, but what really made all the difference was the phenomenal staff. Every single person we came across was the epitome of what 5 star service should be, but rarely is. We were repeatedly blown away by the attentiveness and VIP treatment we felt we received, sentiments that were echoed by other guests we came across during our stay. I have stayed in many hotel's and this was by far the best experience I have had, and it will keep us both coming back to Palms Place for every stay in Las Vegas, and should they build one else where, I'd be sure to follow. I would like to share with you our experience at the new Palms Place Pool April 25th-27th and May 2nd-4th. The pool hosts and lifeguards were extremely friendly and very helpful both weekends. It appears they really enjoy their jobs. The cocktail servers and bartenders couldn't of made our weekends any better. They were attentive and very friendly and checked on us quite often. We will be back very soon as we really enjoyed our stay.
